The hotel is located in a charming mountain setting between Volcán and Cerro Punta. The rooms are very spacious with a large, comfortable bed, but they are in need of remodeling and were a bit dusty and dark. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were some issues with pricing and arguments about inclusions. The dining experience was mediocre with stale food. The location offers beautiful gardens but needs some Tlc. The facilities include a variety of amenities like tennis courts, a playground, an underground swimming pool, and a hot tub.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent, close to hiking trails, the volcano, and the state park. They also had a round table and two comfortable chairs, making it a cozy place to spend the night. However, there were limited dining options at the hotel.
